By downloading or using Cufflog, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
What Cufflog Is
Cufflog is a blood pressure tracking tool. It helps you log readings from your home blood pressure monitor, view trends, and generate reports to share with your doctor.
Cufflog does not measure blood pressure. You need a validated blood pressure cuff to take measurements. The app records and organizes what your cuff tells you.
Not Medical Advice
Cufflog is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.
The classifications shown (Normal, Elevated, Stage 1 Hypertension, etc.) are based on published clinical guidelines and are provided for informational purposes only. They are not a diagnosis.
Do not make changes to your medication or treatment based on information from this app without consulting your doctor.
If you experience symptoms of a hypertensive crisis (blood pressure above 180/120 with symptoms such as chest pain, shortness of breath, or severe headache), seek emergency medical care immediately.
Purchase Terms
Cufflog offers a 14-day free trial with access to all features. After the trial, a one-time purchase unlocks the app permanently.
- There is no subscription and no recurring charges
- Your purchase includes all current features and future updates
- After trial expiration, you retain read-only access to your data and can still export reports. Only entering new readings requires purchase
- Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) and are subject to their refund policies
Your Data
All data you enter is stored locally on your device. You own your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You are responsible for backing up your device. If you delete the app or lose your device without a backup, your data cannot be recovered.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Redistribute or resell the app
Limitation of Liability
Cufflog is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to health decisions made based on app data.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above indicates when the terms were last revised. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles.
